    The Reading FC Traineeship course is an excellent chance for young people who are unemployed or out of education age 16 - 24 to gain experience in work preparation and training.  Work placements are provided by Reading FC Community Trust which will offer meaningful work experience / develop work place skills and provide an opportunity to prove themselves to Reading FC though attendance, application and attitude.
